It’s really simple. You will pay a one-time set-up fee of $300 when you signup. This covers the expense of getting you affiliated with our firm. Our signup process is simple and completely online.
This fee covers you for life, as long as you are affiliated with us.
Once you have joined us you simply pay $300 at the closing of every transaction.

Simply put, it includes EVERYTHING you are required to have and some bonus things to make it more fun and easy.
Compliance check and monitoring. We make sure you are always in compliance with governing bodies in both Tennessee and Georgia.
Full brokerage assistance. We are standing by to help you with marketing, contract, property valuation, or anything you might need to get your deals locked up and across the finish line.
All agents have access to our online portal to help track your progress on transactions and meet all of the state required document storage standards.
All agents are given a membership into Sōlō. Our proven productivity and accountability mastermind. Collaborate and compete with other agents and win prizes or get accountability and encouragement when you don’t hit your goals.
In my opinion “Desk fee” is the biggest rip-off in real estate. We maintain an office on Main St. Come grab a desk and hang out anytime.
Your E&O insurance is covered.

Pay for what you need and want. Nothing more. Most brokerages charge you for these things whether you need them or not. We let you decide.

5 for $1,250 ($250 each)
10 for $2000 ($200 each)
20 for $3600 ($180 each)

There is no way of knowing until we meet in person, but here are a few characteristics of agents that will love it.
You have done a couple of deals. One of the ways we keep cost down is by not charging ALL of our agents to train brand new ones. So our training for new agents is limited.
Entrepreneurial- If you are already critiquing our model then you are the in the right place. The world is changing fast. We need people who can move with the market.
